Our Story
Himalayan Monal Sports & Cultural Club is a community-driven non-profit in London, Ontario. We exist to create a welcoming “home away from home” where families, students, and professionals can meet, share stories, and grow together. Rooted in Nepalese heritage and open to everyone, we celebrate identity and belonging while building real connections across generations.
Through year-round programs we blend sports, culture, and service: community leagues and friendly tournaments that promote well-being and teamwork; cultural nights and workshops that showcase language, music, dance, and food; and volunteer projects—from newcomer support to local drives—that give back to the city we call home. Every event is designed to be inclusive, affordable, and family-friendly.
Our work is powered by volunteers, partners, and sponsors who believe in opportunity, respect, and shared responsibility. We mentor youth leaders, support newcomers, and collaborate with schools and local organizations to widen our impact. If our motto—Sports. Culture. Community.—speaks to you, you’ll fit right in.
